Terms of Service

1. The service
ReviewTree lets businesses email their customers a link to share feedback — publicly (e.g. a Google review) or privately (a suggestion board). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
You may only send emails to customers who have given you consent to be contacted. You confirm consent for every send. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact information you upload and for complying with applicable email laws (including CAN-SPAM) and the review policies of platforms you link to (including Google). You may not use ReviewTree to send unsolicited email, offer incentives for reviews, or selectively solicit reviews based on sentiment.
3. Accounts & billing
The Free plan includes a limited number of emails per day. The Pro plan is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
4. Acceptable use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that send spam, generate unusual bounce or complaint rates, or otherwise abuse the service.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewTree is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or in the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
